Return Process

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label. For large furniture items, our team will contact you to schedule a freight pickup.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully repack your items in their original box with all protective materials to ensure they arrive at our warehouse in perfect condition.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned merchandise, your refund will be issued to the original payment method, minus any applicable shipping or restocking fees.
